Shipping Methods and Shipping Costs
Within Japan: Sagawa Express
International Shipping: EMS
・We use Sagawa Express for domestic shipping within Japan and FedEx for international shipping. Please note that we do not accept requests to specify a shipping carrier. From the time you place your order, delivery typically takes 2 to 9 days within Japan and approximately 2 weeks for international shipments. Packages will be held at the shipping office for 7 days from the date of the first delivery attempt.
・For domestic shipping within Japan, a flat shipping fee of 880 yen (tax included) applies per order.
No additional shipping fees apply to remote islands or certain regions.
Shipping is free for orders totaling 8,000 yen or more (tax included) in a single transaction.
For shipments to countries outside Japan, shipping costs vary depending on the country, region, and weight of the items being shipped.
Additionally, if you reside outside Japan and purchase items from Japan, customs duties may apply depending on the country.
・For domestic shipments within Japan, you can specify a delivery date and time when placing your order.
If you wish for the fastest possible delivery, please select “No Specification” for the delivery date and time.
During the checkout process, please enter your preferred delivery date and time in the remarks section.
Important Notes
The specified delivery date and time are only estimates.
Even if you specify a delivery date and time, delivery may be delayed due to traffic conditions, weather, or the shipping company’s operational status on the day of delivery.
To ensure fair shopping for all customers, we cannot hold items for extended periods. ・Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, or regional factors.
・To prevent issues such as misdeliveries, we do not accept changes to the shipping address after an order has been completed.
If you need to change the delivery address, please check the shipping company’s “tracking number” under “Purchase History/Delivery Status” in My Account, and contact the shipping company directly to make the change.

*Please note that delivery may take longer than usual during periods of high order volume or on weekends, holidays, or extended holidays due to our company’s closure.
*Delivery to Hokkaido, Tohoku, Chugoku, Shikoku, and Kyushu may take longer than usual. Please be advised.
*If you are not home on the delivery date, the carrier will leave a delivery notice and take the package back.
Please contact the number listed on the delivery notice to arrange for redelivery.
*For international shipments, customs duties may apply depending on the country or region.
*If there are any errors in your address information, we may cancel your order at our discretion. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery typically takes approximately 2–9 days after your order is placed.
International Shipping
Orders are shipped in the order they are received. Please allow approximately 2 weeks after your order is placed.
*Please note that delivery may take longer than usual during periods of high order volume, weekends, holidays, or company holidays, as well as during and around times when manufacturers or suppliers have high shipping volumes or other operational workloads.
Differences Between On-Screen Display and Actual Product
The colors and textures of the products shown may differ slightly from the actual product due to your monitor settings, as well as the version of your operating system or browser.
Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
Please inspect the product immediately upon receipt to check for any damage.
In the unlikely event of damage during shipping or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within ５ days of delivery.
We will cover the shipping costs for repairs or exchanges.
If repair is not possible, or if the item cannot be exchanged due to being sold out, discontinued, or a limited edition, we will refund the product price and any bank transfer fees after you return the item to us at our expense.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to the customer’s convenience.
Please also be aware that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
・Items for which more than ６ days have passed since delivery
・Items that have been used by the customer
・Items damaged or soiled by the customer
・Items that have been altered or repaired by the customer
・Items where the box, tags, instruction manual, or other accessories have been soiled, damaged, or lost
All products sold by our store meet the manufacturer’s quality standards and have passed the inspection criteria of authorized domestic distributors. Please note that we conduct transactions on the understanding that minor scratches, scuffs, dents, or black spots resulting from the manufacturing process are considered acceptable. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on these reasons.
