Wings born to fight, but never released onto the battlefield.

The Shinden was a prototype interceptor fighter of the Imperial Japanese Navy,
researched and developed in the final stages of World War II to counter American B-29 bombers.

With its main guns concentrated in the nose and a distinctive pusher-propeller configuration at the rear,
along with canard wings, its design was an extremely innovative aircraft engineering for its time.

However, the war ended during its test flight phase, and it never saw combat.
Its advanced design was taken to the United States after the war for research, and even today, it is globally recognized as an aircraft demonstrating high technological prowess.

In Japan, a life-size model is displayed at the Tachiarai Peace Memorial Museum in Fukuoka Prefecture.
In recent years, it also garnered renewed attention as the aircraft flown by the protagonist, portrayed by actor Ryunosuke Kamiki, in the movie "Godzilla Minus One."

This garment was designed in tribute to that craftsmanship and the spirit of the engineers who continuously challenged the skies.
