"Seiran" was a special attack aircraft developed by the Imperial Japanese Navy at the end of World War II.
It was a "wing emerging from the sea," born from the unprecedented concept of launching from a submarine to surprise enemy territory.

This work reinterprets its unique existence
with military graphics and a modern street sensibility.
On the back, a powerful visual of the aircraft from directly above is placed,
along with a giant "SEIRAN" typography.
Furthermore, by incorporating detailed information on the aircraft's performance and the I-400 class submarine's specifications,
it goes beyond mere fashion, pursuing an expression as a "record of ideas and technology."

This series pays homage not to the weapon itself.
But to the passion and spirit of inquiry of the engineers who continued to challenge the skies even in extreme times.
To the inventiveness that sought to make the impossible possible.
And to the enthusiasm of those who believed in an unseen future and dreamt on blueprints.

On the front,
"ABYSSAL STRIKE / Phantom Wings" is minimally placed.
Within its quiet appearance lies the worldview of phantom wings emerging from the deep sea.
